What you need to do
Should you find yourself involved in an accident, here is what you need to do:
- First thing you need to do is give us a call or if your car is still driveable come down and see us. From there we will help you Contact your insurance company and lodge a claim. You can do this simply by phoning them direct from our office.
- Make sure you INSIST that you want your vehicle repaired by Jack Hillermans, remember it is your choice where you take your vehicle
- Once your Insurance Company's assessment has been completed, we can then give you an estimate of how long the repairs will take and organize when you want your vehicle booked in. Remember at Jack Hillermans we understand how important your vehicle is to you and we will work with the Insurance Assessor to speed up the process so that you get optimal results.
- Once your vehicle has been repaired we will contact you and let you know that it is ready to be picked up. If you have an excess to pay, you will have to pay this before we can release the vehicle to you.
The most important thing for you to do through out this process is to relax and let us handle it for you. It is YOUR CHOICE where your vehicle gets repaired! |
